- **`helper`/`manager`**: Staff-level access for shopkeeper staff members.

### Firestore Security Rules Summary
All rules are defined in `firestore.rules`. Key enforcements:
- `internProfiles`: Intern can only read/write their own profile. Admin/HR/CTO can manage all.
- `payrollRecords`: Intern can read only their own records. Only Admin/HR can write.
